FLEXIBLE RENTED SPACE
& INVITING CHARM
Our conference rooms, “Alter Peter,” “Glockenspiel,” and “Frauenkirche,” feature state-of-the art interiors and full air-conditioning. Their glass architecture creates a light, bright atmosphere that is the ideal setting for dynamic, highly productive work.
All windows can be darkened as required. Depending on the event, the individual rooms can be combined into one extra-large room with an area of approx. 200 square meters including Indoor Lounge and sanitary facilities. All rooms and the Rooftop Garden entrance are disabled-access.
hartmanns conference rooms can be booked for half or full days.
MEETINGROOMS FRAUENKIRCHE & GLOCKENSPIEL
Our “Frauenkirche” meeting room is 25 square meters in area, an ideal environment for stimulating meetings with six to eight people.

Our “Alter Peter” conference room offers space for small-scale conferences, seminars, and workshops. With 32 square meters of space and an 85” flat screen, the room is ideal for presentations of all kinds. It seats 25 in a fan-type seating arrangement.

CASUAL ENCOUNTER & CATERING SPACE
The Indoor Lounge is hartmanns‘ stylish, comfortable encounter hub. Designed for networking, it can also be used as a catering space for your event. The discreetly integrated kitchen with island is perfect for working lunches or working dinners in small groups.
Use of the Lounge is included in the room hire. Depending on scheduling, meeting with other conference guests may be possible.

ROOFTOP GARDEN
Use of the 450-sqm Rooftop Garden is included in your rental. Meeting with other guests is possible at any time. If exclusive hire of the Rooftop Garden is desired, we cannot guarantee its availability at all times.
We will be happy to submit a quotation for exclusive hire of the Rooftop Garden on request.
On request, you can book the hartmanns space entirely. Depending on planned use and seating concept, our Indoor Area offers space for up to 60 guests.

YOUR BENEFITS
All our meeting rooms feature modern conference equipment and offer spectacular views over the city. The bright rooms can be used individually or combined to form larger spaces.
Regular hours are Monday to Friday 9 am to 6 pm. Events outside regular hours can be agreed on request.
